We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly esp. Lina and Soead. The rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff very friendly. The hotel serves a very good breakfast with coffee, 3-4 types of bread, juices, eggs, yoghurt, fruit etc. Staff in restaurants very friendly The hotel is 3 minutes walking to the train station Gare Cornavin with trains, busses and trams. UN 15 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood and also stores. The Geneva Lake with the Jet d'Eau is 10 minutes walking. Rooms and shower etc and towels very clean. Bed pleasant. Staff is very friendly. They even assist in warming-up food.

Excellent location, easy to find from the train station. The reception staff were very helpful and advised on what trams to take to visit the various parts of Geneva. The hotel made contact with us regarding our Geneva passes (free transportation) which was very helpful and useful. Lots of cafes within a close walking distance. The beds were comfortable enough for a short city break.

I wanted a room close to the Cornavin station, with a fridge in the room, and got exactly what I wanted. My room had even a small balcony. The bonus, though, were the reception staff. The airline lost my luggage and Thomas at the reception helped me communicate with the company that (eventually!) delivered my suitcase - I was extremely grateful for his help.
